Skook River Farms started selling at the Market in Spring of 2023. You can find them selling a variety of cultivated mushroom varieties including blue, pink, and white oyster mushrooms, shitake, lion’s mane, and more. They also specialize in elephant garlic! Skook River Farm is a family-operated farm, owner Stacey Richards says, “I grew up on a working farm for the first thirty years of this life. This is where I got a love for working the land and growing plants. On the farm, we had a small commercial mushroom facility where I honed my skills in mushroom production".
