Trnka is a brand of original wearables, made on an small farm in west Olympia by Shari Trnka, from all recycled natural fiber materials, primarily cashmere, wool, linen and cottons, carefully selected and tended for each use. Focused on creative styling, with finishes to last for years of wear, this is truly slow fashion made at a human scale. Aiming to offer really nice bespoke clothing and whimsical accessories for the whole family, the choice to utilize reclaimed materials is fully intentional: to highlight the potentials and possibilities of textile waste, which has become a giant global challenge! Shari also uses her business to encourage and support folks in learning to mend, hosting free community mending circles seasonally on the farm. Stitch it, don't ditch it!
