Owner and Chef, Janna, was born in the Pacific Northwest with a passion for food and cooking. She has 15+ years of food service experience and has been the owner and Executive Chef of Mother’s Roots Catering since 2015. Janna is excited about local food. Some of her fondest memories come from digging razor clams on the coast, fishing in the Salish Sea, wild foraging mushrooms and herbs from the forest, and collecting seaweed from the shoreline.
