Constellation Farm (est. 2011) is joyfully tended by Jonathan Breger and Lauren Schreiber. We are a small scale producer of certified organic vegetables, herbs, garlic and cut flowers. We grow a lot of tulips in the spring and specialize in rainbow carrots, rainbow cherry tomatoes, salad mix, herbs, edible flowers, dahlia/mixed flower bouquets, rainbow green beans, celery, winter squash and other tasty vegetables and gorgeous blooms throughout the year. The farm is located on the traditional land of the Chehalis in the Independence Valley of Rochester. We love food and beauty and we love to share it with you!
