Blue Heron Bakery was started with the intent to create natural food and build community. A founding member of the Olympia Farmers Market, we have been selling at the Market since our inception in 1977. We provide scratch-made baked goods every day the market is open, including breads, cookies, pastries, cakes, biscotti, granola and more. Our focus is on making healthy meals and treats for a variety of dietary needs. In 2024, Blue Heron transformed into Blue Heron Community Cooperative, a community and worker owned cooperative, and continues to follow the same guiding principles.
