Baker/potter is a craft project tucked in the woods on Harstine Island just north of Olympia. The wood fired bakery produces wild yeasted breads from local grains milled in house. The pottery crafts thoughtfully designed stoneware for the table. Everything is made by hand, slowly and carefully with respect to the land and tradition.
