Baker/Potter, true to their name, brings bread and pottery to market customers each week. They start by sourcing the best grain from responsible farmers in Washington State. They mill the grain in-house and each loaf is hand mixed, slowly fermented using wild yeast and baked in a wood fired oven. Loaf types include Cracked Emmer, Einkorn, Methow Red, Turkey Red Raisin, White Wheat, and Rye.
Ryan and Kirsten also make all their pottery from start to finish. All pots are thrown on the wheel, fire, glazed and fired again and sanded to produce the final cozy designs you see at the market!
